Unless otherwise agreed upon, all images that you request we take of you or your special someone(s), will only be made available to you for review, in your own private gallery. GASP Photographics will provide you with a unique password to access them online. If you do not own a computer or mobile device, we can provide images to you via a DVD. All images for review contain a watermark grid overlay. Image selections are made from these images.

Multiple Subjects:

For contracts requiring individual action or portrait photos to be taken of multiple members of a team or organization, the private gallery access will typically be given to the team manager or business manager (i.e. the designated client) arranging for the photo shoot. These images will be of lower resolution. The designated client may then share this link with the subjects (or the parents of the subject if the subject is under the age of 18) along with our email address. The parents can then contact us directly with the order of the applicable image ID #(s), the quantity according to the package selected by the manager, or to request a higher resolution private gallery for further review. Parents can always opt to purchase additional images directly from us, as availability permits.


Since each job can be a little different (number of subjects, length of time required on site, action or portrait photos, setup requirements, venue entry costs, travel time, out of town accommodations, etc) prices may vary from job to job.  For a general idea of what a quote would be for the photography alone, please refer to the price guideline displayed on our “Photography” page. A small deposit is required to secure our commitment to the time, date and location specified for the photo shoot. Cancelled jobs may result in deposits not being refunded, unless a minimum of 1 month’s notice of cancellation is given.

Because of the wide range of photo finishing services available, GASP Photographics cannot guarantee the quality of a print when that print is arranged, by the Client, with a 3rd party service.

Public Sales:

We also have an option for Teams or Organizations interested in the public sales of their member’s images, which can benefit the person arranging the session, in a number of ways.  No deposit required. No Organization payment to GASP Photographics required.  No overseeing parent's selections or collecting payments. A 15% sponsorship rebate (based on total photo sales from the photo shoot) issued to the Organization. See our Public Sales  section on the “Photography” page.


Payments (including deposits) can be made by cash, or by an eTransfer to "".


Payments made by Personal Cheques, will be subject to a hold period up to 5 business days until deposit is confirmed.

There are NO REFUNDS on digital images, once the digital image has been reviewed, ordered and the watermark-free image has been received by the Client.


Clients will receive an electronic receipt (including HST #), following confirmation of payment.
